"If I could give them no stars, I would. The parking lot is always filthy. Garbage every where. They never sweep outside and the coffee counters are always disgusting and the floors inside the store are always disgusting. They do not clean. I always ask them to clean. They never do. Also, the staff never greet the customers, who are mostly people of African descent, with a good morning or a good afternoon.I was just in the store and there was a white woman in front of me. She was met with eye contact and a "Good morning. How are you?" When I went to pay, silence. Have some respect for your buisness and the community. Do better."
"The older Indian gentleman working here is so consistently nasty, even to responsible parents, in the community. Go to one of the very nearby three other 7-11's. Tell your h.s. children to stay out this store. It's only a matter of time before this guy escalates and is at the center of some community TRAGEDY! Take your money elsewhere....Be careful."
"If I could put zero. I would. Why why are employees so rude. They answer is always I don’t know. I can’t do anything. This is the price. It’s on the register. The customer is using the app for the deals or free. Thats what get customers in the store. Need to train employees how to solve or trouble shoot or use the alternate solution that other 7 elevens apply. Instead of being so intentionally rude"
