"Really rude service, this is the second time I have to call the doctor's office to ask them to contact the pharmacy to find my medication. The service is really rude and they don't care to explain what exactly is happening. (December and January)"

"if you made an appointment for Covid or any vaccine, you must call pharmacy beforehand to make sure they have it in stock! Otherwise they would tell you it’s out without any heads up until you arrive for your appointment. The vaccine reception is very rude, told me just reschedule tomorrow before 1pm … why don’t you block all the late appointments then!!! And people’s time matters!!! what is the point to make an appointment!!!"

"Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to, they mess up my prescription EVERY SINGAL FKING TIME. Gave me the wrong medicine last time and have only one prescription ready while I should have at least 3 ready according to the message they sent me for this time. I wonder what happens if they messed up the prescription and I died due to that."

"Couldn’t be a worse CVS. The Pharmacy staff are incredibly rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. Never have items in stock and even if you call well in advance they to warm them on an upcoming prescription they’ll still mess it up. CVS should be ashamed of the staff working in the pharmacy"

"Yesterday we had a great experience with Kyra and today with Natalie C. who now knows my entire life story. How exquisite she is at non casual conversation! But here’s why we love her: pharmacists go to school for training and then they have to piece together customer service too?! That’s some major BS. We do not deserve incredible customer service from a pharmacist. But oh is that what we got! She did everything necessary to make a flawless experience for us where we were able to receive medications and our flu shots with no money out. As someone who is not currently working full time due to a chronic illness, this savings practically brought us to tears. Thank you so much Natalie for delegating the extra minutes necessary to provide us with an incredible experience. We adore you! -Hannah and Ben Edit: ha! Spoke too soon! Guess there’s other employees here who can unravel Natalie’s work to create loyal customers. Clara and bea reminded us that Natalie is special. Telling us they’re understaffed with zero customers and two people there is a joke. Telling us we need an appointment for a Covid booster when we’ve never made an appointment prior and they have no access to the system is code for sorry I don’t care I just want my paycheck … so clearly this isn’t a CVS thing and merely a Natalie thing. And as for the shortage that these two informative human beings spoke of seems to not be a problem for Walgreens who is doing my booster right now. Believe the reviews unless Natalie is working that day."
