"One of the nicest ShopRite ever. If not the nicest. Great prices, a lot of merchandise, hot and cold food looks good. Everything looks fresh. Customer service was on point. Very clean all over, except when you are exiting the store. This particular area has been neglected. It's dirty and there's a lot of dust on the walls by the door."
"Well stocked with fresh produce. Meh prices. Most "deals" require you to upload digital coupons to your membership card for savings. That is too much work for busy people with limited time who still want decent savings and grocery deals. Because of that they won't be my go to store."
"Very crowded supermarket no matter the time. The reason being the low prices and good quality. I live 3 minutes away and tend to shy away from the congested parking lot and overcrowded store. They sell many things in bulk in order for you to get the best price. I let them know soon after they opened that was discriminatory toward elderly Seniors. Thankfully I'm an able bodied one. Many times I see an elderly Person trying to lift 3 cases of water into their cart. Reason being if they bought one case it could cost them over $6 plus. Three would cost them $12 or $4 each. Their customer service desk could use a bit of refinement."
"The cashier (who’s name is Sheila, as stated by the store manager) rudely told me the line was closed and she is no longer taking any more customers, as I moved over to the next line I watched her continuing to take more customers. In the new line I had to wait behind another customer who’s having an argument with this cashier for almost 30 minutes, I continued to watch Sheila take at least 10 other customers. I’m extremely upset, as this is the ShopRite close to home and I always shop here! I did not deserve this… no customer does. This store needs to train their employees on better customer service."
