"I just ordered a dozen pink roses TODAY 1/22/24 & I have to say i was very disappointed with the product AND service. I wasn't given an option upon calling whether i wanted the roses in a box or vase, i wanted it in a box but i was told when i got there that there aren't anymore boxes,,,HUH? Lady in front was a little on the rude side and rushed me to pay when i looked like i didn't want the order anymore.. for $85 I got roses that look OLD. This was my 1st time going there and i WILL NOT BE BACK, horrible experience and horrble 1st impression"

"I needed a casket spray really quickly. I called this shop on Monday morning and asked for a spray to be delivered by early Tuesday afternoon. Not only was the spray delivered on time but it was absolutely beautiful. The florist was very helpful in telling me which flowers would look best and she was right. I would definitely use this florist again and I highly recommend them."

"My husband ordered flowers for me from Garner Florists and Gifts. He selected a $95 arrangement off their website. This is what was delivered (photo). I don't feel this looks like $95 especially when this is the photo from their website showing what he 'thought' he was buying. When my husband called to try and understand why there was such a difference, the lady on the phone was rude, uncaring, and told he that he got more flowers than he really should have in this arrangement. (Really....) We have used this florist before but will not be going back after this. Very disappointing as the $95 plus delivery fees could have bought a GREAT dinner."
