"I don’t usually write reviews for places, because I myself work in customer service, and I do want it to be known that I am well past this, I just figured I should write about it so people know what they’re getting into. First things first, the place is gorgeous! The shop is beautiful on the inside I was absolutely obsessed the second I walked in, I placed an order the day before I went to pick it up but put the wrong phone number so when they tried to call me about my card declining I obviously couldn’t answer. An email would’ve been the next step but I understand that might’ve not been the protocol. I come in on the day that I needed to, they tell me my corsage (it was the standard pink carnation) for prom wasn’t ready due to the card and they were extremely accommodating. They asked if I could pick it up the next day but that didn’t work so I said I’d pick it up the day after the next. I go to retrieve my order, and it takes an uncomfortably long time for my order to be retrieved, and then the kind person at the front came out and told me they ordered it from the other location and they had revived a boutineer (no clue how to spell it) rather than a corsage. Now, the day was the day OF prom, so I was a bit stressed out and then they told me they could make it into a corsage and I said that would be wonderful. They come out 5-10 minutes later with the corsage and it’s just a single flower. I’m not a stickler, but my girlfriend is so I asked (awkwardly) if it was possible to get what I ordered, which was two carnations on the corsage because that is what I had paid for. I was told it would be an hour. I was fine with that, I just wanted everything to be perfect, and I let them know my mom would pick it up because she was around the area and I needed to get ready. They said that was fine, I asked if the process could be sped up, because my mom is also a bit of a stickler, and they said they could see what they could do. I’m on the road back home (it’s a 30 minute drive to and from) and I get a call from my mom saying how they were rude to her, (she doesn’t understand customer service but I do, and I think she was just over reacting). All in all, I do love the place, I’m gonna come here more, I was just frustrated that my order was wrong the day of."
