"I placed an order to pick up on the 14th (Valentines day). Just the day before (the 13th) I tried reaching out to cancel the order. I wasn’t able to get in touch. The 14th was a very busy day and I assumed that I had just lost over $100. On the 15th I received a message, I did not see it until the 16th when I received another message telling me they still had my order. I told them I tried to cancel the order but wasn’t able to get in touch. I asked if there was any way I could get a refund for the order. Immediately with no delay I received a full refund straight to my bank account. This service was exceptional. No waiting on the customer service line to speak to someone from over seas who is “unable to refund the order at this time”. Quick, easy and quality service. I definitely plan to use them in the future."

"I was so ecstatic when I went in yesterday to personally select the flowers I wanted for my sister’s funeral. It was important to me that it was from me to her. Vicky and her colleague were amazing and treated me with such compassion during my time of grief. She took me to the back, allowed me to select flowers I wanted to take home and create the bouquet especially for my sister. There were so many flower options and fresh. My bouquet was put together piece by piece from my heart and was the most beautiful out of all the flowers sent to our family. "Apparently they only want to help you if they know you. I came in just to purchase some flowers for my aunts birthday. They were finishing up an appointment for tuxedos so I was waiting for them to finish up so I could be helped. After 25 minutes, they’re finishing up with the tuxedo appointment and 2 other girls walk in wanting flowers for a birthday. Instead of helping me, as I’d been waiting, they helped them because the girl working knows them. I just walked out, as they didn’t even look my direction to offer a “be right with you.” Terrible customer service. First and last time."
