Edible Arrangements

"I am so sad and disappointed by the events that happened and by the fact that I had no options offered to make it right. I ordered something for my niece in the hospital. Anyone who has ever been in the hospital knows that you don’t know the exact moment you will be allowed to leave. Long story short, my niece had been discharged. Someone called her from Edible Arrangements and would not tell her who had ordered the gift for her. I was called, but I teach school so I can’t answer when someone calls. I messaged the business through 2 texts. As soon as I got a moment, I called and was told they would get back with me. They called back and said they could not refund my money because the food had been made. 1. Customers should be aware when they order that if the person is discharged, they lose all of their money. I could see being charged something for the inconvenience, but no refund at all, not good. 2. Edible arrangements should call ahead to make sure the patient is going to be there before making the item so that this doesn’t happen. When people are in the hospital, people try to cheer them up. Instead of cheering my niece, she got nothing and I paid for something I/she didn’t get. Hoping this business learns to do better. What they did is not right. I obviously wouldn’t have ordered if I had known she was leaving. I live 3 hours away and my niece lives an hour away, but the business is close to the hospital and I think they could have been much more understanding. I would give a 0 if I could because that is what I got…absolutely nothing!! Thanks for reading."

"I had a great experience with this location. Needed their service in a pinch, so the night before, I decided to schedule a holiday delivery for the recipient the next business day. I ordered one of the cheesecake arrangements. Everything worked out beautifully! Delivery was prompt, and the receiving party was extremely pleased! I would certainly use them again!"
