The Owls Nest Floral Design

"Terrible experience with owner!! I placed two orders. I received a text message from the delivery driver that both orders were left at the front door of the recipients. I noticed in the photo that one of the arrangements was incorrect. I contacted the florist and they told me that I was contacted and I had agreed to the arrangement that was delivered. This was not the case and I was not called at all. I was told that what I had ordered was not available because of the season even though it was listed on their website. I am totally okay with changing the arrangement but someone should have reached out to me before delivering something that I would have never chosen. I was told to call the owner and when I called her to let her know the situation I agreed to keep the arrangement that was there because she told me the only option was a peace lily plant or something from their "designer selection" which I could not find online and she could not really explain to me what flowers it would be. She was very difficult and was not willing to work with me at all. I finally said fine, just leave the arrangement that you delivered but could I receive some kind of refund or discount? Even just a credit for the delivery since I did not order what was delivered. I was not expecting a full refund. The owner then said "if I gave refunds I would not be in business". That says a lot! She called me "snotty" and I had to remind her I was a customer. Out of frustration and complete shock of how I was spoken to I told her to please pick up the arrangement and I will choose another arrangement that I liked since I was paying for this. She basically told me to call her shop again and hung up on me. I have never been spoken to like this. Come to find out the people I was sending the arrangements for, this florist did a lot of flowers for their family members funeral. So even more disappointing that the owner would act this way. If I would not have received a message from the delivery driver I never would have known that the wrong arrangement was delivered. I did want to mention that Ally who helped me at the shop was very kind and helpful."
