"I’ve been a patient of the Doctors Arcati for a lot of years and they’ve always been wonderful. Warm, and patient with an anxious patient. Recently I had a visit with Dr. Helena Stone. She also was proficient and a good doctor. I’m not always able to see my original doctor anymore because they’re all very busy but I trust them to have hired doctors and staff that know what they’re doing."

"Have been going there for many years but lately the office seems so inefficient and unprofessionally. Long waits in the room without explanation, lots of support staff who seem to be doing anything but helping patients. 3 month wait to see your doctor. Numerous messages to the office and to staff on My Chart go unanswered. Waiting one week for test results hat have been posted on my chart the whole time. Maybe it’s time for a change ."

"Dr. Robert Arcati has been my doctor for over 30+ years. He is simply amazing. Hard to find someone as caring, knowledgeable and just a great person. My wife has also been seeing Anthony Arcati for the same amount of time, also wonderful. Thanks Robert for all the care you have given me in the past and will in the future, will stick with you forever."

"Can the lady at the front desk speak any louder? She is trying to be nice but she doesn’t stop talking...out loud...to everyone and even inanimate objects. Yelling at patients waiting in the room from across the room to get their attention. Her voice even drowns out the very loud televisions that have the same program on both sides of the office so the waiting room is just an insulated tomb of noise and distraction. Also, THE WAIT TIME IS INHUMANE. I spent three hours waiting for my appointment when I arrived 10 minutes early. I will be going elsewhere, but I hope they counsel the front desk ladies to lower their voice and be more discreet, as well as schedule properly, rather than try to see as many people as possible in a day in order to make more money."

"Worst experience in an office. Wait time was over an hour to see the doctor. Received a bill for services I did not ask for then had to leave 3 messages for the office manager to call me back and never got a call. The codes were entered incorrectly. I just left message number 4. She was on a conference call. Every time I call she is on a conference call. I can go on and on but I do not have the time. Do yourself a favor and find another doctor. This place flat out sucks."
