"April 9, 2029. Visit time approx 3:00pm. Garden Center Cashier asked me if I found everything. I said no and explained that I wanted a tiny, little trellis for growing peas. She set aside my order and walked me to each individual place she thought I might find what I wanted. AND I DID! Lowes - she is a treasure!"

"Went to get a Christmas tree and wanted it trimmed in the bottom and tied up. After waiting almost 15 minutes after the purchase we were told, "nobody wants to come do this". After a few more minutes an older lady came and said she would give it a try since nobody else would. We skipped the chainsaw and just cut it ourselves at home. The fact that "nobody wants to help" is about the worst customer service you can give."

"They always have what we're looking for. The garden department is a favorite stop for our kids, too!"

"Busy Sunday and no one on the sales floor to help. Potting soil on sale and all the pallets were up in the racks. Lowe's is becoming known for it's poor customer service."
