"Dr Abraham was so rude, I questioned my 3 year old's vaccine schedule, which is every parent's right and he immediately became hostile towards me and my daughter. Disrespectful to my 3 year old and to his staff. I've been a patient at this office for more than 10 years. Never again will I visit this place."

"Front desk was confused and not so nice. They never pick up phone and call back hours later. Visited once and was not a great experience. Doc took mask off and gave advice which would of made baby lose more weight (advised for slower nipple without seeing if baby actually struggle when drinking bottle from regular nipple flow 1. Tech took several tries to get weight machine to work. The best part is they are open late hours and sat and sun. I would give it another chance for the hours and maybe to try another doctor"

"Wanting to spread out vaccines for my children. I was basically threatened if my 12 month old child did not get the chicken pox shot we would have to look for a new pediatrician. Never explained the outcome that could happen after the vaccine. Usually doctors do right? Nope! My child had a very bad reaction to the shot & hasn’t been the same. (Yes it’s common, but it’s really bad) We have tried most of all the doctors there to see who was the best and there was an issue with every single one of them. Either one was very rude, the other one was too rough with my infant, the other one is clueless, and it goes on. I gave the benefit of the doubt and after my recent visit; I’m done!"

"I recently joined Pediatric Healthcare of Long Island a few months ago - this was a referral from my friend who has 2 little ones and has been nothing but happy about her experience working with the doctors here. I finally made the switch after multiple issues at my prior Pediatrician office. Since we made the change, I've never been happier. My daughter has had 1 wellness visit and 1 emergency visit. The office staff was able to get my daughter in right away for an emergency visit - that finally gave me a peace of mind. That was a huge issue in the past at our prior Pediatrician office - you were never able to get in touch with anyone over the phone and you would need to wait hours in order to see the doctor if it was even possible to fit you in. This would result in me having to go to an urgent care if anything ever came up. Overall, I'm really happy that I made the switch for my daughter, everything has been going great so far. As a mom of a little one under the age of 2, I finally found a sense of relief that she has the right team of doctors for her care."

"Always have a great experience. The doctors, and there are I beloved 5 or 6 of them, are all really good. Over the years we have probably seen most of them. Hours are fantastic. Staff if friendly. New Covid protocols are easy to follow and you get to wait in your car instead of the office which I think is a plus anyway."
