"Horrible customer service and most inattentive doctor. My mother had an appointment here and was waiting in the room for Dr. Andrew Ageloff to arrive as the nurse had indicated to wait patiently for his arrival. My mother did as she and as we are all told to do in this situation, and waited. An hour went by and nothing. My mother wanted to remain respectful and understanding, however more than enough time had passed. It came to a point where my mother grew anxious and opened the door to signal the nearest nurse. My mother informed he she had been waiting for the doctor to arrive for the last hour in the room she was left in. The nurse not only explained that the doctor had left for the day but also the practice was about to close. This is the level of attention you give your patients? This demonstrates your lack of care as a practice and as a medical “professional”. I highly recommended everyone to look elsewhere for better attention and more professional personnel or risk being forgotten or receiving inaccuracy."
