"Dr. Massop-Flowers has such a compassionate spirit. I took my teenager to her office for a 6:15 pm appointment. Even at the end of her day she spent an hour speaking with us- probing to ensure she could offer a solid plan for how to address the illness. Medical conditions can be so exhausting, but I left her office with hope. It is so refreshing when professionals appreciate the opportunity to provide a service. When I choose resources for my children (doctor, dentist, school, etc) I want them to receive the intended benefit of the resource, but I also want them to witness the profession being performed with excellence. Feeling thankful."

"Staff are very unprofessional! My 16 month old was vomiting, fever, rash on tongue. I called and they said to come in. We sat there 1 hr with no one saying anything to us. After I inquired, the girl finally told the doc that we were there and she said she can’t see us because she is busy. We wasted over 1 hr with a sick baby. Anything could have happened. I am never going back!!"

"For 2yrs I was with a pediatrician that was straight up horrible regards to customer service. Very robotic. Then I met Dr. Alicia Flowers, she is the sweetest kindest personable woman and a true professional at what she does. So is her staff! I was taken aback by all of it...it was a wow moment for me. Her office is beautiful, well kept and my toddler loved the play area. Her bedside manners- impeccable, I was so accustomed to not being asked how I'm doing or how baby is doing by that other doctor that I forgot how important a question that is at a well child visit. My son loved her and I even if I move to LI in the future I'll be driving to keep her service. Oh loved the decor of the patients' rooms. Suits their age."

"I really like this doctor and the amount of time she spends with my infant daughter, as well as the advice she dispenses. As a D.O., she is still very traditional in the way she handles my child's care, in line with the AAP's guidelines for the vaccine schedule, etc. She also interacts with her patients and their parents in a personable, humane way, with an excellent bedside manner. Appointments are widely and immediately available, in case of emergency."
