"My partner and I were recommended Dr. Tong through one of her pharmacist friends, who also took her children to see her. Since we started, Dr. Tong has been nothing short of spectacular. She is thorough and direct. Her bedside manner is excellent. Extremely knowledgeable with the latest practices and tries to give many options when an issue arises so you don’t feel pushed toward one. And above all, she is patient with our kids. We took our first newborn to see her about 2 1/2 years ago and now take our second newborn as well. The location is always well kept and clean and the staff are always on point. Yes, there’s a bit of a wait but that’s to be expected from a doctor who truly cares about her profession. Having worked in a medical office myself in the past and my partner being a teacher, we really appreciate the time she takes to examine and explain everything she does, or answer any of our concerns as well, which explains the wait times. Let’s also not forget that she’s dealing with kids of all ages, all unique, all random. You never know what to expect! Either way, that is how confident we are with Dr. Tong, and we’d highly suggest her to any of our friends as well if they ever ask us for a recommendation."

"My OBGNY recommended Dr. Tong when my daughter was born, and now, almost 20 years later, we are still with Dr. Tong. This shows how much we like and appreciate the doctor and wanted to stay with her for as long as my daughter is able to. Dr. Tong has very good clinical judgment and always been very thorough in her examinations. She is not quick to jump to conclusions or quick to prescribe medicines. I feel Dr. Tong genuinely cares about how my daughter is doing and always takes time to explain things in excellent details. Just a few examples: for simple blood pressure test, she explained to us what Systolic and Diastolic numbers meant, and what a higher than normal number may lead to in long run, and how to prevent it by just changing the day to day routine; she explained in detail when it was best to take the HPV shot; she also explained pros and cons of receiving medication after getting COVID. My daughter and I have learned so much from her that allowed us to make better informed decisions. I find her very trustworthy. I have been to many doctors across different specialties over the years, and I have to say Dr. Tong is the only doctor I actually enjoyed visiting. She is very patient with all of her patients. From my observation over the years, I don’t believe she overschedules her patients. The wait time to her office visits are mostly very reasonable. The few longer wait times were always due to her spending more time with her patients, which I didn’t mind at all. With her, you never feel like she is rushing you through the door for the next patient, which I cannot say the same for a lot of the other doctors."

"My son in this clinic since he was born. Dr. Tong is very patient, kindness, helpful pediatrician. She is a very responsible and good knowledgeable pediatrician. She always explain my child’s status and what we need to do for our child. She helped to solve my family’s issue. Sometimes she will call me if any report or let me know what should I do after her working hours. We have never see such a pediatrician."

"I have been seeing Dr. Tong since the birth of my 2 children. She has always had very good clinical judgment and been very thorough in her examinations, despite the volume of patients. She is not quick to jump to conclusions or quick to prescribe medicines for no apparent reason. Recently, there was an issue with my daughter that kept reoccurring despite the initial treatment. I visited her several times explaining the symptoms. After subsequent visits, she performed some tests just to rule out the possibility of an infection. She called me over the weekend to review the test results as soon as they returned, which were negative as per her initial diagnosis. She knew that I was very concerned. Dr. Tong tries her best to put her patients first, which contributes to her success."

"First of all, my negative review is for the front desk, not the doctor. The doctor at this clinic is really great and attentive. But what I want to say is that the women at the front desk had a very bad attitude and were impatient. As a front desk staff member, “thank you, hello," these polite conversations are never said. And, she never looks at you when she talks with you. This is impolite behavior. In addition to doctors, front desk service is also very important in a clinic. The unfriendly attitude at the front desk was not just once or twice, but every time I went, her attitude was the same. If you don't like the job, don't choose a customer service job. Because your attitude towards patients will directly affect the clinic and the doctor. Also, your clinic is a pediatrician and needs more love, kindness, smile, and patience to treat your patients."
