"I won a minion fair and square from the claw machine by the entrance a few years back. It got stuck on its way out of the machine and I did everything in my power to get it out. After tireless effort, I finally gave up and went to the front desk to ask them if they could help me retrieve the minion. Unfortunately, they said there was nothing they could do."
