"Laughing at the audacity of this place to scam birthday parties. I attended my niece’s birthday party here. My sister and brother-in-law spent a hefty amount of money (over $400) to have it here. Turns out, it is a shared room so there wasn’t enough room for everyone invited and you get to celebrate a random kid’s birthday too. It was noisy and overstimulating for everyone—not mention kids at the birthday party who are diagnosed with autism and my 2 month old daughter. We were told we could not bring food in and had to order. Prices for food are astronomical and the food is unappetizing looking and tasting. The other party brought food in though and that was allowed? We were constantly walking through the other party and they were constantly walking through our party. The room is not adequate for one party let alone two. Why does it advertise on the website parties and private events when nothing about hosting anything here is private? The facility as a whole is outdated and dirty. I will be sure to continue to let everyone in my life know what a scam this place is and to avoid it for all reasons—birthday parties or just recreation. We have previously been here multiple times with our oldest child and we will never return."

"We went snow tubing this morning, kids loved it. Adults however continuously hit their heads on the ice at the bottom of the hill. This place desperately needs a better way to stop/slow adults at the end. The amount of head injuries and neck snaps that could cause whiplash I saw today was insanity. Someone is going to get seriously injured"

"Came here during Xmas 2023, 24th. As an absolute beginner in snowboarding, I took a 1hr lesson here. You get all the rental and a day ticket from the package, $75. Really a great deal. Had a great 3 hour workout without hurting myself. The slope is very beginner friendly. It may not seem like a big slope, but trust me, you can reach a "scary" enough speed and lose control. Speaking for beginners. The gears are maintained well. No smell whatsoever. Staffs are super friendly."

"I love this place! so close and a great place for a quick ski/board/tube session. My 7 year old and I had our first ski of the year here today. Taught my son how to ski two years ago here at four seasons. They also have perfect prices on used gear. we totally forgot to get him new boots this year at the ski fair and today I picked some up here. I am a 30 year skier but trying Boarding for the first time!! wish I would have looked here for gear rather than the yearly ski sale at the fair... I think this is the example of a great locally owned business you should be giving your money to. The amount of local kids that get to spend positive time out here alone is a reason to keep them in business. Thank you for all the awesome family memories!! BTW... For the one star reviewer today I happened to be here the same day as a person who left a one start review... Snow was a little soft still but already working towards a great base. Next weekend should be great!! IT'S THE FIRST DAY OPEN, it's only been steady under 32 degrees for a week. He is angry only half the hill is open and to complain about snow makers in the same sentence... I can't even try to apply any more logic. Lab and song aren't even open It's the first weekend of the year for cny skiing, They didn't have their fully food menu available yet either, better get a refund..."
