"Slow service I paid for Expedited shipping two day shipping and it has been about a week now. Package keeps on getting delayed due to it saying that they have the wrong address even though the address is correct that I have provided I have validated it through my customer profile, as well as through the customer service representative everyone it’s hard to get a hold of especially there at the local office"

I am visiting here for a month, and he is so friendly and kind, and went out of his way to help me get all my packages that accidentally got mailed to the wrong address - he made sure that it all got to my new updated address!!! Very appreciative for Kris & his great work ethic, thank you!"

Between the gentleman behind the counter and a very kind patron who was also returning something; They figured out how to take a screenshot on my phone . "My three children and I were just terrified by an extremely aggressive pound on our door. I opened the door to find two large shipping boxes, one with a note scrawled in sharpie that said "The mail room is not your trash can. Please don't trash my work place -FedEx" Neither box is mine. The addresses connected are both for other residents in this complex. Not us. I hope this person is fired. What just happened was completely out of line. My heart is still racing and my daughter just stopped crying."
