"Response to owner: yes, it was an order we had placed over the phone. The recipient was confused bc she didn’t know anybody with that name, and you admitted to messing it up. As a customer, our information is on file which is available to the business to reach out and rectify a wrong. Updated review: paid over $100 for an arrangement, and they put the wrong name on the card. Offered nothing in return for their mistake. Won’t be ordering again."
