"walked in and waited at the desk for about 2-3 minutes, until finally, catching the attention of the employee who had been sitting there, whose name I believe is also Amy from what I overheard, who is in her own world on her phone, looking anywhere but the desk. I had asked for one lane, and she was very rude in regards to telling me that none were available, no apology, and no suggestion of when any would be available. I regret making my way here instead of strike n spare, where employees have always at least been kind."

"Very rude! Don’t go especially if it’s busy! I haven’t been to flamingo in a few years and when I used to come I loved it, me and my friend went the other day to celebrate another friend’s birthday and the staff was beyond rude. First me and my friends where trying to order food for our lane and a older caucasian lady with blonde hair and glasses was taking orders. she was busy and the only one doing orders at the time so I get it but when it came time for me and my friends to order food she turned around and cut my friend off when she was talking to her and then went on to do another gentleman’s order on the side of us when we’ve been waiting just like other customers behind us. Her attitude was rude and snappy when we nicely mentioned that we’ve been waiting. Definitely not someone that should be in customer service. To top it off it off one of the workers tried to accuse our group of sneaking alcohol in the alley. We are all of age and know the rules of a bowling alley so we could’ve easily went and got drinks from the bar they provided. We had no reason to bring any alcohol! The man lied and said he seen someone on camera and he would call the police. I hate pulling the race card but I truly think we were racial profiled. We were four young colored people and they literally bothered no one else!"

"I forgot why we stopped coming here, the staff is so rude and just plain nasty. Good food and good place just poor attitude or love for the work. Or even customer service skills for that matter."

"We had a great time and the staff was very nice! They accommodated our very large group reservation (more than 50 kids and adults) and were on top of all the requests! We had food and drink, which were great. We would definitely return."
