"I ordered Birthday flowers and asked for specific a variety. They thought they weren't yet in season but no call saying yea/na. Requested Monday (the Birthday) delivery but they are closed Monday. Not that I begrudge that so asked for Saturday delivery to accommodate them being closed. Well they weren't able to contact the recipient and never called me to ask for an alternate phone # though they told the recipient they did. There was no problem calling me to ask for payment though! Several times mind you. They don't take any charge! The bouquet was pretty but not what I wanted and absolutely no follow up except to get paid! And worst yet strike 3 The bouquet was delivered AFTER THE BIRTHDAY! Never again. Done with this shop!"
