Walmart Pharmacy

"I don't think l have ever dealt with a more ignorant pharmacy in my life! Normally l don't use them but if l need a script immediately l have no choice! Never thought of using Walgreens instead. First of all the " Pharmacy Tech" Alexander was so slow he was making me nauseous! Long line in front of me yet he was moving at a snails pace! Couldn't comprehend a single thing l was telling him, and looked like a deer in headlights! Please employ people that look like they are awake enough to hold down a job! Unbelievable! He needs to pick up some speed for God's sake!"

"Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Given wrong meds, canceled script, lost scripts, Tech told me software used had problems and didn't always bring scripts through. It's been weeks trying to get them to correct another mistake they made. This happens ever month. GO TO ANOTHER PHARMACY!!!!!!"

"One of the most unorganized pharmacies ever. Every time I’ve gone, there’s always an issue or the medicine is never ready when they say it will be which causes you to have to come back. Last straw for me was when my 8 month old daughters doctor sent over a prescription, they told me 15 mins. They call me back over not even 2 minutes later to ask me what the medicine is for in a rude tone, never been asked that before and don’t know why they needed to know. Told me again it’ll be ready in a few. I go check out my groceries which took about 10-15 mins and come back and they tell me it’s not ready and they don’t know when it’ll be. I gave 2 extra days to get it together, just for them to tell me it’s an over the counter medicine, that i don’t need a prescription for it and gave me attitude about it like i was supposed to automatically know all this. Switched over to Walgreens the same day."

"One of the most unorganized and inconsistent pharmacies I have ever went to. Only went here due to insurance reasons and the fact that they told me they had no issues ever ordering the brand medication I wanted. Until there were issues. Every single month. I would get a rude associate who wanted to argue with me instead of just doing what their policy states. It was a struggle to get the medication they told me from the beginning wouldn’t be an issue. And then to finally say they just can’t order it anymore. It’s clear they don’t want to be bothered with customers are their customer service isn’t the best. The pharmacist Phil is the only one who ever got me the medicine on time and ordered it without an attitude. Well now I’m taking my business elsewhere. I wouldn’t bother wasting your time people. They will either give you a hard time or won’t have the medicine on the shelf. Very unorganized. Very messy. Go somewhere else"

"While the people are generally friendly the service is not really consistent. They almost never have the orders ready at the time stated. Every time it's there not filled you will have to wait or come back. I make special trips to Albion to pick up my father's medications. Info not live near I live an hour away. Some of the pharmacy associates are down right rude. Their pricing is good."
