"Kathy Fama, an employee here, berated me and refused to fill my medications because there were too many I am prescribed (according to the pharmacy employees). Multiple times I was told they would be ready and multiple times they were not and would not. They turned away many other people saying their prescriptions weren’t ready either. They cited being too busy with vaccines to fill the scripts."
"After waiting on hold for 20 minutes and the call hung up on, I received a call from them stating my prescription was ready. I get to the pharmacy the following day to be told there was no prescriptions ready. After speaking to the manager who questioned if I had the right pharmacy and was I sure someone called from there, I had to return the questions and asked was there another Walgreens on Loudon Road in Latham which she replied no and then show her my call log with their number. I should never have to do so. Stop blaming the customer and take some responsibility by starting with being a role model and training your staff adequately."
"Absolute worse Walgreens in the Capital Region. I wouldnt suggest this pharmacy to my worse enemy. Worse customer service. Incompetent pharmacists. Will leave you on hold when you call for an hour +. Calls you to tell you your script is ready to get to the pharmacy and have the script not be ready multiple times (wasting my time). I had to give this a 1 start review because there wasnt an option to give it no stars"
