"CVS Store 697 is subpar and has been declining for several years. Medications are not available at times. When calling or ordering prescriptions online, the order does not go through. I went to pick up a script after ordering it through teleprompt and they didn't know what I was talking about! The drive thru window has been down for many, many months. We are told that register isn't working and CVS refuses to repair it. Shelves are half stocked. Nothing on sale presented in fliers is ever available. I'm done! I am switching to another CVS branch. If the same thing happens at the new location, I will be switching to another pharmacy company. It's sad because I have Aetna as my medical insurance company."

"Incompetent staff who lack integrity and have an inflated ego. The Pharmacy staff must have a kindergarten education. I have all of the proper documentation for the online scheduled appointment with CVS. They screwed up the name in the documentation. They claimed that it was my fault for improperly entering my information in their "system". Then their system causing an issue, then they "ran out" of tests. After an hour of making me wait, without explanation, and without asking permission, they scheduled me to another CVS two towns over. They caused me to be late for another appointment. This all could have been avoided, had they properly entered my information. If you make a mistake, own up to it first. Next, make the proper notifications. Finally, correct it immediately, without issues. I feel sorry for the patients, customers,and management. Get your wits together."
