"Very disappointed in the service that I received today came in for a cash loan on a gold ring that weighed 6 g with also vs stones. And the guy in the counter name Colton proceeded to check my ring disrespectful he had said that they couldn’t use it for anything other than scrap value I was only offered $70 on a ring that they would turn around and sell $800 I would never recommend this place to anybody poor customer service very rude attitude and Colton also dropped my ring let it bounce around picked it up never apologize for any of it and said I didn’t do it on purpose this is just a shameful place to come to in a time of need and even shopping is a headache between three people it takes 15 minutes to even get acknowledge that I’m even in walking around"
