"This is the worst. I went to the pharmacy - I pre called earlier to make sure my child’s prescription was ready- asked if I could give my medical insurance over the phone- even pre called to make sure cvs accepts the pharmacy- got there waited over an hour- the pharmacist didn’t take my Medicaid and said the card was inactive - it’s Medicaid it’s active- they didn’t know what they were doing- it was unorganized"

"I've shopped here a few times since moving to this area and have noticed on my last 2 visits that they have mold growing on the shelves in the refrigerator that they are selling products out of, which isn't an appealing smell nor sight. The sale floor is always seems crowded but the staff for the most part seem friendly"

"They NEVER ANSWER The Phone !!!! You Do Nothing but wait on hold FOREVER, EVERY SINGLE TIME !!! It's CRAZY !!! HIRE MORE PEOPLE AND STOP BEING PENNIES EISE AND MEGA DOLLARS FOOLISH !!! Lately there have been alot of issues with meds being in stock or them getting meds approved with insurance, making big delays in getting scripts when you NEED THEM !!!"
