"The pharmacist was endlessly patient with a customer who was so rude to her. The pharmacist appeared Asian. /‘And when the customer said something along the lines of “you should send the texts differently” and the pharmacist kindly replied “I don’t do that (meaning that the corporate offices send them) the customer said “in our language “you” means everyone. And the pharmacist didn’t miss a beat and continued to help her. These pharmacists put up with so much rudeness from the customers and are so overworked and all people do is complain. They make sure people get their medicine and now have to give vaccines as well. So I thank you for your hard work and patience."

"Consistently terrible experience at the pharmacy. Lines counting 10 or more people to pick up prescriptions. There’s usually 5-6 people behind the pharmacy counter but maybe 0.5 actually helping people. Set aside a good hour to pick up a prescription."

"Prescriptions are never on time even after calling, speaking to a pharmacist, and confirming when they will be ready. Switching pharmacies - it shouldn't be such a chore when better service exists in other places"

"6/25/21 update. Sadly had to go get passport photo. Worst most unfriendly service. Didn’t understand the guy - what language you want…Spanish, Indian, English (I’m older and hard to hear). Place still looks like a bazaar, plus gaps in shelves, dirty floors….. go to Duane read. Like going into a 3rd world bazar. Low stock, out of stock, messy, completely disorganized. Worst manager attitude I've ever experienced. They charged $90 for a prescription I paid $43 for in FL. On the other hand, about what you'd expect in ardsley"
