"As many others have stated, the manager, Glenda, isn’t the nicest person. I asked her to cut four yards then asked if she could cut it in half and she got snappy at me and upset. I don’t think cutting four yards into two would garner a reaction like that. Then I got overwhelmed at the store and had my sister take over while I cooled down in the car. While I was in the car she made a comment to my sister along the lines of “Where’s your sister? Is she having a meltdown?” in a condescending voice. I don’t like making negative reviews but just don’t go to Jo Anns unless you want to experience Glenda’s wrath."
"I loved the store. And love the fleece material. I actually bought 100.00 dollars worth of fabric. I looked up coupon on the Joann Fabric And Craft website. They showed a 20% off at register for seniors. But when I got up there they flat refuse to honour it. Also pulled up 50%coupon, they again refused to scan it. Telling me it was NOT THE ORIGINAL WEBSITE. When I showed them their website they explained, ( very poorly ) .That this was a secondary site. What ever. You need to stop advertising these coupons. And it WAS YOUR WEBSITE."
