"Gym rat, member since they opened. Staff is always friendly, welcoming, and try to get to know you. Also my adult children have been past members. New treadmills in September 2023. A few things to note: If you go after 4:30 P.M., bring your earbuds to drown out the teen boys who are grunting, posing, oogling girls, and clowning. I am a Middle School teacher in the area, and have seen at least five of my students here. What is the age requirement anyway? Overall, if you find your sweet spot crowd, this gym is well worth the $15 per month."

"This gym is awesome, for the price. They have decent equipment, and excellent personal trainers. One think to keep in mind, when it's busy/crowded, you need to decide your comfort level ( COVID exposure the Melville location is on 2nd floor."

"This is a good gym and is conveniently located about two mins from my job. I have been working out all my life and this gym is pretty well put together with a great staff. My only request would be to possibly have a decline beach at the Melville location. Thank you so much"

"Nick was an amazing support. I originally went to Hicksville gym, but was unable to go to gym anymore. When I called, I got no help on canceling my subscription at Hicksville. However, Nick contact me as soon as he received my email (past his shift) and gave me a detailed instruction. He was a great help! Best costumer service. Next time I join back, definitely driving extra 10 minutes and joining Melville."

"Enjoyed my visit at this location! It was clean and I love how it’s on the second floor. Very updated, nice view of the 110. Convenient location and easy parking. I was also greeted upon arrival, Rashawn helped me out with checking it being that I was using a free trial pass. He also asked how I enjoyed it before leaving which this is the only gym that asked so I appreciate that. While I’m searching for my gym home blink is definitely in my top 3. I haven’t decided as of yet! Thank you BLINK I genuinely enjoyed the experience."
