"I would give zero stars but that isn't an option. Attached you will see a white gold necklace with three diamonds I purchased about 14 months ago from Hayes Jewelers Inc for $675.00 ($722.25 after tax) The necklace isn't being worn and therefore I went back to the store to consider selling it back or trading for maybe a watch or something. Are y'all ready for this? They offered me $60 bucks...less than a tank of gas in my vehicle. They offered me scrap price for the weight of gold only. They told me to sell it to someone else...well, I guess I should also buy from someone else and therefore so should anyone else reading this."

"Hayes is incredible!! My fiancé and I had my engagement ring made here, we used family diamonds that are very sentimental so it was important to us to get it right and they absolutely delivered. Super helpful with the design process, the craftsmanship is impeccable, turnaround time was really fast and it was very reasonably priced. Completely in love with the end product and just really impressed overall with Hayes! We're planning to come here for our wedding bands in a year or two and whatever other future jewelry needs we might have too :) I'd recommend them for anyone needing a solid reliable jeweler."
