"Consistently slow and confused service, rude employees. Not just the people who work at the register, yesterday I had to call twice to get straight answers about what was going on with my prescription & the pharmacist was rude, unprofessional and hung up on me, unprompted. Pretty sure this was the wegmans pharmacy that had the employee caught earlier this year stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars by “duping the pharmacists” too… take your business somewhere else, they clearly don’t know what they’re doing, aren’t paying attention, and obviously don’t care here."

"The pharmacists seem to be. O.k.however the techs.front register people need more training so as not to mix up pickup dates and checking to see if they actually have the medicines in stock before pickup dates and not have to order it on the day it's due to be filled..if you want to have a stroke or heart attack by all means use this pharmacy...thumbs up smh ."

"Every single time I come to this pharmacy I’ve notice 5-6 girls standing around pretending to be busy. Every single time one of the pharmacist had to push them to take care of the clients who were patiently waiting in line. There are so many pharmacies in Webster I think I’ll take my business elsewhere with better service."

"Terrible pharmacy. Wegmans has failed on this. After a couple of years of constant wrong prescriptions, non-filled (or missing) items, or constantly out of stock medications I went back to Walgreens to get things done right. 1year later I still get phone calls and attempts to fill prescriptions I don't fill there anymore. Absolutely unprofessional and frankly scary when dealing with medications!"
