"they answered the phone 4 times the first time asked for my name and everything then put me on hold and randomly hangs up the second time they say hello this is nicole blah blah blah don’t care then i say can you here me no response. so then i call again they answer doesn’t say anything. i hang up and try again now im sitting on the phone been here for 4 minutes let’s see how long it can go for now i can hear them clicking the buttons."

"Horrible vet and would not recommend. For starters they take your dog in the back to give vaccinations out of your sight. Muzzled my dog without permission and had in his chart that he bites… he’s never bitten a fly. Went to countless appointments for a skin issue and ultimately was referred to a specialist that had nothing to do with the issue. As soon as I switched vets they immediately knew what the issue was and it was a simple fix. I made a simple decision to not give my dogs a form of flea medicine that they did not respect. When I asked for my medical records to bring to the next vet, I saw all their notes they had in the chart about me personally. When I stated we would not be taking our dogs to their practice anymore, she responded by saying excellent. An actual joke of a vet and very unprofessional."

"I wish I could give this place just a portion of a star. This place is out for money and they will take advantage of you any chance they can get. They took $50 from my dad who is a cancer patient to hold an appointment that was not for 4 day from then(was the only appointment they would give him) he ended up taking the dog to an emergency vet that evening because the dog would have been dead by 4days away. They would not refund the appointment hold money. I also used to take my dogs there but after multiple times of them over charging me and charging me for things I did not want done to my dog I had had enough. They also told me that there were things that needed to be done to my dog that after a 2nd opinion I found out that she did not need. Stay away!!! These people are crooked!!!!!!"
