"Poor pharmacy management..I was shocked how the managers treat employees here also felt very uncomfortable when I went to ask for help about my medication the manager he was yelling at the employees when I walked up to them and also proceeded to ask me inappropriate questions that had nothing to do with what I needed help with. I don't think I will go to this location anymore or Rite Aid in general."

"I want to thank the staff at the pharmacy first, for working with me and helping with my prescriptions when I went on vacation (Jennifer, thank you for your personal care) and second for helping with finding a discount card so I did not have to pay over $100 for one medication which my insurance expected me to pay. You guys are really a good team so even if you are not the lowest price for everything, your service to the customers is more than worth a couple dollars."

"This is not our main pharmacy, but they were the closest that had the covid medication for my father. We had a wicked snow storm, and the pharmacist was able to put it out to be delivered to us the next day. They were very kind, and able to answer all of our questions. Thank you very much for all your hard work!"

"I've been very happy using Rite Aid for thirty years. Now, because of corporate policy, they only offer a drug in a round pill which is not scored to half. I have to split 90 pills a month in addition to another pill. I tried to work with the pharmacist to come up with a solution. There was nothing she could offer. I don't think this lack of flexibility best serves your customers. I know it doesn't help me. I'm afraid I'll have to move my considerable business to another drug store. It's very sad."
