"Absolutely the BEST cab and transit company I have ever had the pleasure of riding with. I had quick work trip to the Winston Salem area and an early flight home (had to leave hotel at 3:30am) and no ther cab company or Uber would pick me up, I was in tears but Archangels saved the day. The lady I booked my ride with when i called was so very nice, the vehicle was clean and well maintained, the ride safe and smooth, and my driver Sam was an absolute delight and really helped me end my work trip on a high note. "I rarely write reviews. If I don't, it means a business did what they were supposed to do which fortunately is what usually happens. If I do write, it means the business was horrible. Such is the case with Archangels Transit. I, and my party of 3 others, stayed in a hotel in Greensboro NC overnight in late February for an early departure from the airport at 6am the next morning. The hotel has a shuttle service, but I was not aware that it did not commence early enough to get us to the airport. The hotel clerk recommended Archangels Transit to get us there. I phoned and reserved for the 4 of us to be picked up at 445am and prepaid the $50 fee. We were in the lobby for pick-up at 435am and no driver/vehicle showed up to pick us up by 445am. I was not supplied a direct # for the driver, so I had to phone the main # with no answer. At 455am and no vehicle/driver present, we loaded in to our own vehicle and drove to the airport and parked. I was able to reach an Archangels receptionist by phone at our layover later in the morning. I explained what happened and she phoned me back after speaking to the driver who said she (driver) was at the pick-up spot outside of the hotel lobby well before 445am and phoned my cell # (that I supplied at reservation). We 4, plus the male hotel clerk, can all attest that NO driver/vehicle was in the lobby pick-up spot from 435am until we left to drive to airport at 455am. Further, I did NOT receive a call on my cell phone that morning, as my call log confirms. This was all relayed to the receptionist with request that the $50 payment be refunded to my credit card. She said she would have to speak to the owner and call me back. No return call ever happened. I then emailed Archangels several days later recounting this scenario, again requesting refund of my $50 credit card payment. It is now multiple weeks later, and no reply email or call. I disputed the charge with AmEx who thankfully did credit me the charge. Reading between the lines, I suspect what happened is that the driver went to the wrong hotel, or was late, or didn't show up, and to cover her tracks said she called my cell phone. That call NEVER happened. I run my own small business and although we strive for perfection, at times mistakes are made. I always address the complaint head-on and always derive a resolution that makes the customer happy. If the owner had replied to me (either directly or through one of his employees) and apologized for an issue that clearly was on the fault of his/her company, and reimbursed the charge, then I would not have taken the time to write this very poor review. From other Google reviews, and the comments of hotel clerk, Archangels seems mostly to do a good job. But in cases where you don't, own it! Dummy!"

"Such a generous transportation company. Both the drivers and front desk clerks went above and beyond my expectations. When my Delta flight got canceled my bags were left back at my previous destination. I needed a ride to a nearby hotel, after a long flight with several delays. The desk clerk was very eager to ensure that I was taken care of by having the driver to take me to several locations to find food that was open at 1am. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family for all my transportation needs when traveling to and from the airport. Outstanding customer service."
