"Dr.Grasso is a highly sought Dr. Due to his Superb talent in Urology. My experience with him during my mother's office visit was unprofessional and insensitive. My mother is deaf. I am her ears and voice. He asked her how she was doing. I explained her frequent bathroom trips enabled her to sleep during the night and the importance of rem sleep. His response was "forget about it she will not get any rem sleep, the only recourse is a Catheter. I said there is no way my mother will agree,there has to be another way, adjusting her meds? He literally put his hands on his head rolled his eyes. I asked him why all the attitude, he tried to turn it around on me stating I was confrontational. I told him do not flip it on me. First and foremost my Mom was upset asking. what's wrong with him? She being deaf ,sees that as a negative response. He had an emotional response by saying he no longers want to be her Physician, stated she is not a candidate for surgery and abruptly left the room. Thank you Dr.Grasso, you showed me, my Mom is a number to you, therefore I would not trust her in your care with her eyes closed under the knife. Furthermore when you only allow one family member in the exam room during an appointment speaks volumes .To you treating the patient as a whole person. I can understand not wanting more than two family members.The way you use your power through emotional response is unprofessional. I have worked in the Medical Field of Sspecialties ie: Oncology,Medical Genetics,Assisted in Mohs Surgery ect for over 25 years, I thave not encounter outright audacity. I am appalled of his out right arrogance."

"Dr Grasso went where no other doctor would. I developed kidney stones behind scar tissue from a partial nephrectomy due to cancer. He is a straight shooter who tells you the truth and has an amazing bedside manner. I will never let anyone else touch my kidney again... and I travel 2 hours for office visits!"
