"The actual visit with the doctor was fine. The issues I had is with check-in at the office and then getting in contact with the receptionist/admin to modify an appointment. I kept calling and got sent to voicemail, but the mailbox is full. When I finally got someone on the phone, they left me on hold for over 20 minutes so I hung up. This isn’t acceptable, if you cannot get to communicate with the administration team or even leave a voicemail for a call back, then it becomes useless to continue going to this office."

"I left work two hours early in order to get to my appointment on time. After getting to my appointment ahead of time I waited for more than 1 hour and 20 minutes in the waiting room and another 10 minutes in the exam room before the doctor came in. I was then extremely disappointed that the doctor gave me a nasty attitude when he finally made it into my room and I’m not quite sure why. Maybe he was embarrassed for making me wait so long so he decided to be aggressive instead of apologetic. The positive takeaway was that the staff were excellent and were all very pleasant and even going out of their way being apologetic for my wait when I was leaving."
