"The room I stayed in was clean, cute, and didn't smell like anything. I had a good sleep. The only thing I would have liked differently would be for the pillows to be rectangles instead of squares. They were puffy though so that was nice. May have also enjoyed having one more blanket but then again I didn't turn up the heat"
"Front desk employee Amanda is a thief! She stole housekeeping tip from our room and $497 from my wallet while outside having a coffee and a cigarette . She entered our room with DND on door and luggage in the room. She's on camera entering the room for approximately 1 minute she was in our room. I had to get police and owner involved. Was there over 3 hours after check out time trying to resolve issue. My next step is calling corporate on her."
"Front seat receptionist helped me late at night to get my money back from one of the booking companies that double booked my account. They were saying it was non refundable unless they got a very specific email from the hotel. He helped me out and I’m very grateful. Staff here seem to really care! My room was clean and I my AC was COLD. One thing I noticed was my sink water was was the opposite of what the H and C where. Burnt my hand for a second so watch out for that. Besides that. I’m very happy"
"Definitely not worth what they are trying to charge for the dirty un maintained rooms. Literally my AC made a horrible noise all night long. Bathroom was not clean (hair still on the wall of the bathroom) an electrical outlet hanging out the wall. Called to change rooms and no one was answering or at the desk. The breakfast is just weak coffee & honey buns. Sad that places get run down from cheap owners."
"#1price not bad for a Sunday close to 4th of July and being that all the hotels closer to the casino was booked because of a concert. #2 with 2doubles clean room and bathroom, good enough for 4people queen size would've been better but I take it.. #3 good customer service and at least this place was near a bunch of stores. for $130 with anything breakfast even with just coffee isn't a bad deal.. coffee and soft drinks free 24hrs"
