"An alarm on my septic pump went off this morning and sent me into a state of alarm. It is Friday and I am worried sick that I will not have a septic system for at least the weekend, so I immediately called Bumgarner Septic and Grading. "Came out March 15th 2022 to pump septic, find reason for backed up septic, and install riser. They said my drain field was oversaturated and I may need new drain field costing around 5-6 thousand dollars. April 25th 2022, septic backed up again. I called and Deanna was very condescending and listing her resume and vast field experience to clarify why she could determine my issue. I literally could not get a word in and she would not give me a second to speak. After getting agitated, I became very rude which I did call back later to apologize for my behavior. They reported that i had leaky faucets because i had a toilet that overflowed into my overflow valve a couple tablespoons of water per flush. They were supposed to come out on April 26th to fix the issue so i called that morning to see when they would make it out. Mike, the owner answered the phone and told me he wouldn't be doing service with me anymore and hung up. Well, thank god his company didn't come back to my home and never will again. So, that morning I called Eco clean and they came to the rescue. After probing, they found my drain field was bone dry as they put it and there had to be a clog. After pumping the septic and literally being there for maybe 15 minutes, he found that there was a tee and filter in my septic tank that was not readily accessible. He made a call and within half an hour, 6 men were at my home installing a riser in the proper location and creating access to the clogged filter which I attached a picture of. They also, ran a camera to my distribution box which was clean and had no water. This company was extremely rude and lazy. By hiring this company, I spent nearly $800 to turn around and have to pay another $1200 dollars for a clog and they were trying to sale me a $6,000.00 drain field. If I had called professionals to begin with, I would have had spent $800 less. If you need a septic pumped and that is it, then they may suffice if you are in an emergency and professionals cant get there in your time frame. Otherwise, if you have an issue and need it properly diagnosed and fixed, stay away. You have been warned. Eco Clean on the other hand, I would highly recommend! I had a much longer and detailed post but I reached the character limit. So many things went wrong with this company."
