"Special thanks to Kaitlyn, Bridgette, Joe and the entire staff at O'Connell Gardens. My husband and I booked this venue to host our Baby Shower/Gender Reveal for 166 guests. The booking process was smooth. Both Kaitlyn and Bridgette assured all on our wishlist was executed to perfection. When we requested a tasting for some of the dishes we were interested in, we were accomodated because I did not want any surprises day of. Day of our event there was another party wrapping up a little late. My vendors were already there. We had appx 1 hr to set up, a little worried about that situation I spoke to Joe about my concerns, all hands were on deck and Joe made sure the ballroom was clean and set up efficiently. My vendors were able to set up quickly with the decor and I did a very last minute floor plan to assure everyone attending had enough space to move around. The food was great, waitstaff was friendly, the bartenders were dolls. No complaints here. I will keep this venue on the top of my list for future gatherings. Thank you so much for a job well done. "We had our 40th anniversary vow renewal in the grand ballroom. This place is amazing. I booked for a surprise party for my husband in 2019. Due to covid, there was no party. I reached out to Kaitlin, the banquet manager, and from there, I knew I was in the right place. The day of our event, the staff was more than accommodating. They transitioned the room from a previous party in no time. They assisted us with decorating in enough time for me to get ready. Tracy, our maitre D was excellent. Very attentive to our requests to details and to my husband and I. My guests had fun and were impressed by the entire experience O'Connell Gardens offered. The food was very good. And there is plenty of free parking Thank you Kaitlin and the entire staff at O'Connell Gardens."
