"They’ve gone very cheap on the packaging. We bought several pieces and were given very cheap construction paper boxes. Charms cost $79 should be about $35.00. Sales person seemed that I was a bother. I love the product love the brand, but promise you next time I purchase I will buy from the mole hole at barefoot Landing people are nicer. The store at Barefoot has a lot more product to choose from as well."

"Bought a ring 4 days ago. Wanted to size down and was told it wasn’t in new condition because it was dirty, said they couldn’t clean it because it was the busy season ( there was only 1 other customer in there ) and just gave me customer service number and sent me in my way, kinda mad I spent almost 100 dollars and can’t even exchange it bc they don’t wanna clean it oh and not to mention it was turning my finger green"
