"What a magical corridor. My family went to dinner to celebrate my wife’s birthday, we were going over to the candy store when we walked by and stopped in our tracks at the vision of Rich Leathers, Cowboy hats, satchels and belts. We instinctively poured into the shop and were met by the owner Michael. He told us about his business and of the local artisans that sold goods here. He shared so much knowledge with my sons and helped our selves to some hats and a beautiful handmade chefs knife we couldn’t leave behind. So glad that we have access to a local business like this. Perfect for downtown Wilmington. Here’s to your success Quartermaster."

"I purchased a pink wristlet from a great guy at this store. He told me that the way they treated the leather was superior and it would last forever. I went to lunch and a droplet of water fell on my wristlet, immediately staining it. I sent an email asking how I could fix it and got no reply. Yesterday I went back and met the owner who went on and on about his messenger bag. Bottom line is this guy didn’t offer any apology or assistance and actually followed my friends and I onto the street saying we needed therapy. Terrible experience. BUYER BEWARE!"
