"We were in the process of buying a house and getting a renovation loan. We just needed them to get bonded for our loan. They were unresponsive and kept our loan waiting for a week.We had to reach out to them multiple times for updates and never got a straight answer. We would have preferred to just hear they simply couldn't do it. We had explained the urgency but they kept us waiting and unable to move into our house. Mr. Church was rarely in his office and seemed completely inexperienced with this type of situation. He purposefully did not respond to us or our loan provider. If you are seeking out a renovation loan, this is NOT the place to go. The person that came out for the quote, Jay, was wonderful and I'm sure the windows would have been fine. However, we decided to go with a different company in the future due to the lack of communication."
