"Visited on Saturday 12/9 and was shocked to think after 19 seasons of putting on this event no one thought to make a temporary path throughout more user friendly for wheelchairs and strollers. To describe the grounds as fairly accessible is an understatement. Barely accessible would have been a more accurate description. Brushing the wood chips to the sides of the path temporarily would have made a hugh difference. Frustrating and disappointing to say the least!"
"Huge disappointment! Would never go back. Rip off to walk on the mud, stand on a long line as soon as you get there. When you say it’s a walk through then you shouldn’t have that many people reserve tickets to stand on a. Line in the freezing cold. My child was upset and scared and we had to leave before even getting past the line. I asked the girl scanning the tickets if they would be able to refund any portion of the tickets and she sounded aggravated and gave me a nasty attitude and look and begrudgingly said I will make a note next To my name. When I wrote an email regarding this and any form of a refund I never got a response back. Disgusting! DONT WASTE YOU TIME!!!"
"I went last night with my family and we had a wonderful time. I loved all the new additions and the staff’s interaction with the kids was great! It’s not just a walk through, its adventures too, Loved it!!"
"What a great experience! We took our 3 year old son and he had an awesome time! You meet Santa before entering a really fun walk through full of the Christmas spirit! You meet Mrs. Claus and she shows you what's going on in the workshop by way of hidden camera! Definitely worth the $20 ticket price. There's also coffee, hot chocolate and hot cider available with some little snacks as well! Definitely recommend and will definitely be returning!!! New family tradition!"
"How wonderful! We go to Frosty fest every year and have never been to spirit fest but boy were we missing out much more interactive than frosty fest. Absolutely beautiful decorations. So many photo opportunities and if that's not the real Santa I don't know who is. He took his time and engaged every child. Friendly and aware staff all around. If you haven't gone go it will be a tradition for us from this year on. Great job!!!!"
