"I had foot surgery almost 2 years ago. prior to the surgery; on average i would run 5-8 miles a day along with participating in races. Since the surgery , i haven’t been able to walk more than from my car to my front step without being in excruciating pain. I never slept through the night without waking in pain. One treatment by John and i’m pain free! I’m actually going to go out for a run for the first time in YEARS. I can finally play competitive volleyball, again, with my daughter. "John’s understanding of the human physical function far surpasses his years in this industry. While John is familiar with all traditional types of massage he truly excells at "therapeutic massage". He locates and gets to the root cause of your discomfort. Sometimes it can "feel" uncomfortable but since when is real "healing" comfortable? I have Spastic Cerebral Palsy which is when the brain constantly sends signals for my muscles to tighten. Through what I call a prolonged stretch he literally "melts" the tension away and is slowly teaching other parts of my brain to compensate for the damaged parts of my cerebellum. My discomfort has subsided dramatically and my mobility has increased at the same time. I cannot recommend him high enough."
