"Following your customers around and taking what they pick out of their hands while spraying lavender spray at every section they visited when the whole store wreaks of incense is quite offensive — all this AND I was asked if I took the lavender sample while the store employee was frantically spraying the last section I was in! It’s laughable! I have shopped at your store through 3 different locations, and I will NEVER step foot in your store again."
