"I have tried to do business with Albert's pawn several times in the past and found the percentage that they offer for your items quite insulting, regardless I stopped in there today with 3 high end knives to try and pawn, 2 artisan cutlery 300 dollar knives, one blade show 2023 and a knifecenter exclusive one 300 dollar vero engineering knife. I was met with zero offer on them and was told they were not in their market... as I turn and look they have a case with a few USA manufacturers (benchmade, protech, hk which is houge and a few customs) knives and another case of cheap lightening OTF's and few others. I was told my knives were made in China.... yes but their not 20 dollar flea market knives, as a avid knife collector many of the best selling products come from overseas manufacturers these days. A lllightening OTF is as cheap Chinese or Taiwan made as it gets so if your saying my high end Chinese manufactured knives are not in your market why do you have those. If you only want USA manufacturers say that up front dont take my knives look them up in the back and come back and say your not interested. Why even be in the knife game if your not willing to entertain other countries manufacturers. Which if you dig deep enough many knives OEM are made by reate manufacturing a Chinese company that many American knife makers contract to build production designs for them. Other past experiences were not any better so I will never visit their establishment again. I suggest anyone with decent merchandise visit volunteer pawn. I have dealt with them for several years now and they are very pleasant to deal with. Dont discriminate manufacturers and offer far better percentage on items. Dont deal with Albert's go a few blocks over to volunteer pawn for the best service in Johnson City."

"Not worth the time trying to deal with these folks. Response: Perhaps you should read the ATF rules a bit better. The receiver is not a PMA receiver, it was an Aero Precision receiver with full serial numbers. The ruling by the ATF states that receivers that are considered PMA are generally in the 80 percent complete category, 3D printed, etc. This though is not the first time I've tried to deal with you folks. It is the last time though. So before you accuse me of manufacturing illegal gun components, be very, very careful as that is grounds for serious legal issues. I brought in a legal firearm, fully serial numbered by the manufacturer of every component and your lack of understanding of ATF rules does not give you license to accuse me of trying to sell a personally manufactered receiver (also known as a ghost gun.) Furthermore, the fact that you would publicly post such details of the transaction I was legally trying to conduct with a licensed FFL business, highlights that you have little regard for your customers and now, I will not be able to sell this firearm as I will be expecting a visit from the ATF to verify that I am not making ghost guns and trying to sell them. Your response is unbelievably unethical. Thus my 1 star review stands."

"I called and asked if they took chainsaws ....They stated they took sthl and Husqvarna. I said I have a poulan which is owned by Husqvarna. The woman on the phone said " ok bring it by." I take it in and they immediately tell me they don't want it because it's a Poulan . WASTE OF MY TIME !!!! THIS IS WHY I CALLED FIRST SO I DIDNT WASTE MY TIME. VERY HATEFUL RUDE PEOPLE ."

"My husband and I were finishing up our Christmas shopping. They close at 5. Ten minutes prior to 5, I asked for assistance getting about 15$ worth of coins, so my boys can start collecting. Even though their hours are until 5, I was told they had already counted the drawer and couldn't do any transactions. I was super disappointed and they weren't even apologetic. How were we supposed to know they actually close the register 15 minutes early. Two other customers were also still shopping and turned away."
