Our therapists use a variety of techniques, including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and more, to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs. We strive to build a strong therapeutic alliance with our clients and help them become the best version of themselves.
Appointments can be held in our comfortable and private office in either Mamaroneck or Beacon, or through teletherapy for those who are unable to come in person. "The process is informed to be within 60 days but hold on this can take upwards of 120 days after all assessments are completed. You are informed you will have an advocate but the timeframe for a response is very limited and lack of real help. I can say I have never been more disappointed. The reports contain so many incorrect statements and do not capture the truth either. Beware for $4000 for an assessment, they will not keep to any timeframes and have less than factual events depicted in their report."
