"I have lived here for seven months and we love it beautiful apartments and management is amazing maintenance is very kind and goes above and beyond for the tenants Lyndsay the property manager is amazing we will be living here for many years to come"

"I lived here for two months. My rent was supposed to be 880. I paid my deposit and they tried online saying I didn’t which made my rent go to over 1000 dollars. I can’t afford that which is why I moved there and they don’t accept partial rent payments. You have to pay all or none at all. And the tried towing my car in the middle of the night even though I had a parking pass. I do not recommend."

"This apartment complex is owned by GEM Management LLC and it is a joke. This particular location cannot keep a Site Manager for longer than a year. The current Site Manager, Lindsey Brown, is very unprofessional and incompetent. She will lie her way out of anything so any potential applicants please stay FAR away from renting from this place. Do not settle for this place. There are so many better options for renting elsewhere."

"I have lived here since 2010. Yes management has changed over the years. I have been treated fairly by any of the managers we have had .This property is very nice people are nice Sarah and Ken are wonderful they take good care of this property and care for all of us.TO the few people that spread rumors and say nasty things don’t want to obey the rules and don’t get along with anyone I see them come and go we don’t need that kind of negativity in our wonderful community. Another shout out to Sarah Harris and Ken ward"

"I have lived here over 4 years and I love it because of our family community. Yes we have changed Property Managers but I have no complaints in that area. My children and I are thankful to have such a clean and spacious apartment to comfortably reside in and rest well. We all respect Ms. Sarah and in return she shows us respect."
