"Horrible experience. When we got here there there was NO ONE in the lobby to help, won't refund if child gets hurt and then blames the child (even when they followed all the rules). Waisted almost 45 minutes waiting on said manager to "assist me" then had a rotton attitude. Theres rooms with windows all around the pool so if your a parent please use caution. Then said the only way the payee would get refunded is if we packed up and left immediately. If i could do negative stars i would."

"Booked for my daughter's birthday. After driving 3 hours and trying to check in we were informed that the water park / pool was closed down due to electrical. I wish the website was updated because that was the only reason we drove their the front desk was very accommodating however and offered a full refund or to upgrade our room. We took the upgraded room and the suite we were given was dirty with no toilet paper. And garbage in the dresser drawers. The wallpaper was peeling and it just kind of looked like a horror story. They did change our room again to a nicer suite. But it still was in overall disappointing trip. And the hotel was overall dingy."

"This place is disgusting. Smells like smoke everywhere . As I have asthma. Says no smoking . Everywhere you look ran down . Bed bugs. Our sink had cracks in it. Mirrior Cracked. It was so hott in room . They put us up on 4th floor. They had refugees living there. I would never come back . I don't know how this place is still running . It needs to be shut down . The health department needs to come. No waste basket in rooms. Horrible just Horrible. Also the vending machines are all down. This place needs to be shut down asap. I seriously want to leave I wouldn't even give it 1 star. Worst hotel ever"

"Hotel needs more cleaning. Wasn't very impressed. I only stayed night there for a concert so I got in late left early. 100 bucks not bad split for me n my friend. We shared a room. But you get what you pay for. Nail polish stains on carpet, missing pic frame on wall, mildew on fridge. The back access door made me nervous as it is not secure locked.. so anyone could come in. Water park is only open Friday to 3pm Sunday... Again for price and little stay not bad. But if your planning to go with family .. maybe not here. I wouldn't let my kids stay. Security and cleanliness issue"
