This is not reflective of the staff or the overall experience, so it is not worth losing any rating. Can't comment on the dog side of things, but given that it spans 3-4 aisles, I have to assume it's good."

"Actually have to give a bad review. Was in the store yesterday to look at some fish. The young girl was more worried about cleaning the ferrets cage rather than attend to the customer. Sorry but customers should come first. That's what keeps them coming back"
