"Really nice, fun stuff in this store. Unfortunately, had a pretty disappointing experience. Purchased a T-shirt and it was too small for my friend. Came back less than 24 hours later to exchange for a medium. Was told that there were no exchanges and no returns. Was reminded of the sign at the front register saying as much (I missed it the day before). I inquired as to the reason for not being able to get the exchange and was told “I don’t know where it’s been or what it’s been exposed to so I can’t resell it.” I shared that it’s been in the bag and that I purchased it yesterday afternoon and that I spent $80 in her store. Find this all a bit ridiculous and at her discretion, so pretty disappointed."
